Ben Porter - Fitness Instructor, Personal Trainer

Iím currently training for the Level 2 NVQ in Instructing Exercise and Fitness, with the aim of going onto the Level 3 NVQ in Personal Training.

My hobbies and interests include Powerlifting, Latin and Ballroom dancing, Conditioning and Strength Sports (i.e Strongman, Olympic Lifting).

I believe everyone has the right to be the best they can be physically and enjoy seeing gym users working towards that goal.

Iíve been involved in exercise and fitness since leaving school, using various methods of training including bodyweight exercise, kettle bells and free weights.
